Chelsea Shapouri
Chef, Herbalist and Ayurvedic Health Coach
I’m Chelsea — a chef, herbalist, and culinary guide with roots in both professional kitchens and farm-to-table living. For me, food has never just been fuel — it’s memory, story, ritual, and medicine.
My path has taken me from French pastry training at Le Cordon Bleu, through travels shaped by my Persian and French heritage, to the healing worlds of Ayurveda and folk herbalism. Along the way I learned that cooking isn’t about rigid rules or perfect technique — it’s about finding confidence, pleasure, and connection in the kitchen.
Through coaching, I help you slow down and rediscover cooking as a daily rhythm that nourishes body, mind, and spirit. Together we’ll explore seasonal recipes, simple herbal infusions, and ways to make your meals feel both grounding and alive.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me tending herbs and flowers on the farm, wandering with my dog, foraging, or gathered around a long table with loved ones. These rhythms of land, food, and community are what I bring into every session.
