  • I design menus based on what works best for your space — some dishes may be prepared in advance, while others are cooked fresh in your kitchen.

  • Yes. From gluten-free to vegan to paleo, I create menus that support your guests’ needs without compromising flavor.

  • I don’t supply alcohol directly, but I can curate wine and herbal pairings and collaborate with your preferred wine shop.

  • For intimate dinners I recommend at least 2–3 weeks’ notice. For larger gatherings, 4–6 weeks allows time for planning and sourcing.

  • I can style your table with seasonal flowers and rustic touches. If you’d like rentals or additional tableware, I’ll help you coordinate.
